纖維粘連蛋白（FN）存在于間隙基質(zhì)和血漿中，通過(guò)RGD序列介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞的粘附。FN的主要功能是在傷口愈合過(guò)程中促進(jìn)細(xì)胞的遷移。有FN包被的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)表面，對(duì)細(xì)胞的粘附，伸展和增殖有促進(jìn)作用。FN也可以用作無(wú)血清培養(yǎng)基的添加物。
